So normally I wouldn't actually think I could pull off a yellow nail polish but this one is actually a pretty nice color. I did recently mention this color in my Spring nail polish picks post here. This is the actual color of the polish itself I did not have to use a white base like you do with a lot of sheerer yellow polishes.
As far as the color goes I do really like it. The formula is a little thicker then a lot of other yellows I've played around with which I like because, it doesn't take much to make it opaque. However, it is pretty streaky unfortunately and the brush just wasn't something I was use to. Its a little thinner and it didn't apply well for me (obviously). I would say it took me about 2 coats to make the color completely opaque which is normal.
Overall the color was pretty pigmented, and didn't take much to be opaque. The price is very inexpensive, and its the perfect pastel yellow for spring/summer. I do think anyone could really pull this color off because its not to creamy, and not to dark of a color. As far as the name well that I really don't care for. (yellow wiz)? come on now. Other then that I would recommend this polish if your looking for a nice pretty pastel yellow that does get opaque without having to apply a white base underneath. The only thing I didn't really care for was the brush but that's just something I could get use to after time and practice.
What yellow polishes have you been loving?
